Alayna is 18 months old today! I can't believe how quickly the past year and a half has gone. My little baby is turning into quite the little girl. Her vocabulary has really taken off lately with her favorite words being mine, up, no and shoes. She is pretty vocal when she wants something (usually food - she LOVES to eat). She is a pretty cautious baby, but she is starting to climb a little more and is slowly becoming a bit more adventurous. She and Tyler are playing pretty well together for the most part these days, although Tyler sure does know how to push her buttons (she is a girl - she has lots of buttons!) and how to get her to scream and fuss. It drives me insane! She is also starting to enjoy cuddling more (she was one of those "odd" babies who preferred not to be held!). She would cuddle forever at night if we let her (it is tempting!). And she is getting pretty good at giving kisses, which Mike and I just love :) She is an awesome sleeper - she will sleep from 8:00 at night to 9:00 or 10:00 in the morning. There have been days when we have had to wake her up at 11:00 in the morning! She still takes a 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hour nap everyday. Lazy girl! I wish I could sleep that much!!!
