A friend of mine was going to make Tyler's firetruck cake for us, but ended up having a conflict. We thought about just putting a firetruck toy on top of a plain sheet cake from Costco, but Tyler really wanted a firetruck cake. We couldn't let him down, right? I know my limitations and knew there was no way I could make it. Mike on the other hand is pretty darned crafty/creative and thankfully, he offered to make it!
It turned out AWESOME!!! I think my favorite part was the ladders made out of white chocolate :) I told Mike he better watch out. If he keeps making such cool cakes, he might have a new occupation!
